Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of placement. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)

Every order ships free, across India. No minimum spend, no exceptions.

Shipping
Our Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In its original packaging where possible
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where we have sent an incorrect or defective item — in which case we will arrange collection at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges, subject to availability. If you'd like to exchange for a different size, please mention this when initiating your return.
